How do you reset the IP address on a Call Pilot 100/150 when it is not the default? off line please at [email protected]

It's in the manual.
After reviewing your post history, I would also suggest taking courses for Nortel products.
This is not a training forum for technicians, but for "End Users".

lol, use the default secondary Nortel IP address for the Call Pilot. Then get in it and change. Your next question is what is that, read the manual.
Mooretel, I appreciate your answer but I would have to disagree, there are more "TRUNKERS" on here then I would care to see. People that ruin our business. Giving away anyfree information isn't good for the business, but referencing where you can find the location is kind of ok; customer or not. If you get them reference they will probably still be to lazy to look it up so they would still call the local provider. Just my thoughts.
