We have a customer having a MICS 5.0 with a Fiber NAM4, they have been using this setup for around 10 years or so and everything is fine.
Only starting last month, one user lost the programming of his CFNA, we went there and found out the CFNA setting is blank, then we re-programmed the ext# of the NAM4 in and fixed the problem. Last week, another user had the same problem; her CFNA programming is lost again; they both are not new users and I doubt they would have any way to get in the system and erase this type of programming as a user?!
Trying to give the customer an explanation instead of saying your equipment is too old and kind of, did anyone experience this problem before? TIA!

Are you sure that someone else is not playing games? You could change the P/W & see what happens.

I don't believe it, as it is a real busy office; no one should have spare time to fool around the system.
However, would it be a special Feature code which a general user would accidentally enter to erase the CFNA programming?

I would take mooretel's advise and eliminate that possibilty. Change the installer and administrator passwords.

The program database might be getting "soft" and a reinstall may cure weird issues.
