Back again with a hunt group Issue System is a CICS with cp100 Have 3 phones in the hg . these same 3 phones have their own m/b when AA answers the call and transfer call to hunt group everything is fine . when the call is for one of the three phones in the group the local will ring 4 times then flash (caller get ring tone ) for 8 times which is what I have my trans call back set at.(12) how do I set it to go to mail box after 4 rings, under capabilities I have it set for 4 . hg is sequ and delay is 3

Personal calls to the DN's are controlled by CFNA timer of the DN or transfer recall timer which ever is least.
HG calls are controlled by the HG type and the overflow timer. HG calls do no follow DN CFNA rules.

Thanks Marv, I was afraid you might tell me something like this , was just hoping you might know of some way to trick it and make things work in this config.
