hi,anyone know how to add co lines to a nec 28i using the dx2na-120 telephone set. i have a 92011 trunk card, customer has no nec guide info at all. they have 4 lines now and are adding 2 more.

the I series can be a a bit daunting if you aren't familiar with them or Nitsuko/tie programing in general the best thing you can do for them is suggest they get a Tech in who is familiar with the I series
as to documentation you can click on the Manuals link at the top of the page here to find a manual
the 92011 is a 4 port trunk card so they will need to add a card for the additional two lines
