Yes i know it's different , but there is also the regular VM programming listed in with the VAU in the index for programming a stand alone, as Coral said you need to set up the dept group.

Voice mail extensions are 525-530 and have been programmed in 1003.
600 is the voice mail master number, this right now is what I'm not sure of and haven't looked at in system programming, will 600 be associated with a port number? If so I can see where my issue is. If not, should 600 be assigned to the 1st voice mail port?

600 is associated with the dept group. This dept group is defined as the voicemail dept group in programming.

Resolved the problem by
program 0901 (trunk port setup)item 15 entered 4 for each trunk, 4 tells the processor look at 0917.
Program 0917 (DIL)entered the departmental group used for voice mail to each trunk in night mode.
0909 removed all 6 voice mail ports from ring group 2
