I'm working with a Nitsuko 124i system that is getting a busy signal for outgoing lines when lines are available. I'm not sure what changed to bring this, all lines can be manually accessed with the #9 feature. Also, I thought I understood program 0905 - apparently not. There are 8 lines, my thought was TRG and Order were both the order in which TRK lines were to be used - the main number - first in rollover would be 8, the last in rollover would be 1. I don't work on this system very often - obviously. Anyone help?

Kirk, WELCOME TO THE BOARD All of the trunks that you want to use where you can dial 9 need to be in trunk group 1 and the order doesnt matter ie:) 1-8 or 1,6,2,4,3,5,7,8 Let me know if you need more help i will be more than happy to walk you through it via PM.
Thanks, Daniel

Thanks Daniel, much appreciated! I wasn't paying attention and was thinking the group was the order. So, on this system, what would other trunk groups be used for? Does this setting effect incoming calls?
In this process I've found that line 8, which was added to the system in the last few months, is not available with (dial 9). It also cannot be selected manually (#9, 08) but it will ring on an incoming call but when (dial 9) tries to access it, it's blank, no "Busy", nothing.
