I've got 2 different sites where pressing the blue 'settings' key (used to be called superkey)on a 5340 set has no effect on the phone. Do I have 2 bad sets, or has anyone heard of this problem before? Both systems are SX200 ICP running 5.0.

It doesn't give you options in the top area of the display to select things and in the bottom part of the screen options like...programmable keys, user settings, etc.?
The 5340 blue key doesn't do everything the superkey used to do and it's recommended to program a superkey key on the set to access certain features. Go figure!
IMHP, if none the above works or happens I think your phones are NFG!

I've had a couple phones where the keys were not in the correct spot.
Also seen some wierd issues when programming them using the copy key feature.
