Anyone ever run into this alarm "A 62 Printer Queue Full" on the SX-50 i've done a *32. I am currently researching what a *75 "Purge and Suspend" will do to the phone system.
Any suggestions. Hopefully not a bad Generic Module.

The queue is full because 'something' is being sent to the printer port and not being allowed to print. Typically the SMDR pricing device is down, or the printer on the serial port is down.
'Purge and suspend' will empty the queue and 'suspend output'.
What, if anything, is connected to the serial port?

Hint: When you get it fixed, remember to do "Resume Printer" if you need the output for CAS etc...

You think this error could by why the wake up calls are not setting? I set the wake up and then when I view the wake up its not there?

BUT, you've only put off the problem. You need to see what is trying to output through the serial port and turn it off. OR fix whatever is connected to the serial port. Suspend will STILL allow the queue to fill up and eventually lock-up the system AGAIN!

Kind of like a toilet, it will fill up till it's flushed again, time to find the reason why it's not flushed after each use
