having an issue with my console the second hold position is always lit even with a new console there are no alarms....*32 does no good and all the trunks are good, hate to reboot but, im thinking main control card but I need a second opinion or 3

Do you have a print out of the database? Sounds like a poke in eye is needed.

Have to agree. Initialize 2-3 times and reprogram.
