My Mitel system is giving me a solid alarm which i cannot clear and keeps ringing till I turn off the main unit. Then it loads and states no communication and then 1/2hr later goes online into night mode then must adjust time and holds out for only 1/2 hr and states no communication. Does any one know what the problem may be and if there is a tech in Arizona? Northern Arizona?

Bad software module or MCC card would be my guess. Not sure who might be close to you.

Does the same thing happen when the console is plugged directly into the console jack in the SX50?
