Hello all,
I'm a little new to this so bear with me. I recently took over as Manager of our motel and we have a Mitel SX-50. I was gone yesterday and the phone somehow got set to transfer everything to the night setting. While inspecting the box in our mechanical room I accidently unplugged the power strip it was plugged into. Now the console is constantly flashing "CONSOLE RESET" and not reconnecting. I'm at a total loss as I can't find a manual or even paperwork as to who installed the system.
Can anyone help?

You can try unplugging the unit & waiting a minute & then plug it back in. If the error continues you will need a tech on-site with spare parts to troubleshoot.

Thanks DrPbx,
Tried the unplugging thing and still getting the same problem. Nearest Tech support for us here in South Dakota is 3 hrs away. I found somone with a similar problem in a post on page 14. Do you supppose it would be ok to PM them to see how/if they got their problem resolved?
