We're upgrading an Express Messenger from 3.0 to 4.05.
All 8 up the zip files have been loaded, but the upgrade does not happen. The docs say to read the temp\40005upg.txt files to see where the error is occuring.
Anyone know where the heck to find that txt file???

You can not go directly from 3.0 to 4.05. If you check on line there is 3.04, 4.01, 4.03. Check on line for the docs - it will tell you whare you need to start from.

I hate to disagree, but there's no problem at all going to 4.05 from 3.0.
I found the .txt file, but thanks anyhow for the post.
