I know it;s old, but it still works, lol. I have this system in a motel. One of the rooms apparently has set up a call forwarding to another room. Does anyone know how to cancel the call forwarding using the room phone? Thanks

Trying to remember here, I think the 'cancel all options' code is 444, like the SX50. John C. (Not Garand)

To cancel Call Forwarding from the room and dial the Call Forwarding access code for the type of CF that you want to cancel, then hang up the handset. No confirmation tone or dial tone is returned so make a test call to be sure the cancel has taken effect.

Default codes on the SX20:
CF Busy - 59
CF No Answer - 58
CF All - 56

Good luck,
Harry

OOPS! Should always proof before sending:

First sentence should read:
"To cancel Call Forwarding from the room, lift the handset for the forwarded phone, listen for dial tone and dial..."

Sorry

Thanks. I tried the 444 and that worked. I haven't tried the other codes from Harry, but I will log them in my manual for future use. Thanks to all.

MikeyG, thanks for the check back. Good on you, most never bother. And welcome and don't hesitate to ask questions. We'll harrass you about a system that could be older than you are, but we'll still help, if we can. John C.
