There really isn't a Jack-In-The-Box default configuration for the SX-50 that I know of, other than some default feature codes, because it's an old-school carded PBX. Every card configuration is different, every numbering plan is different and every system uses a different combination of features and functions, some of which conflict with others.
Some techs develop a "default" program of their own for specific settings (i.e. hotel, car dealership, etc.) that they use as a foundation but that works because they're modifying their own programing. Each site ends up with a custom program built by the installing tech so even if you get your hands on a sample program, you'll end up trying to mind-read that tech in order to figure out how to modify it for on your site. That can be maddening because the SX-50 is bit-programmed and the CDE printout just shows strings of 1's and 0's.
All my 50's have been in small hotels but I don't currently have any 50's that I'm supporting. If it will help and for what it's worth, I'll see if I can dig up an old printout on disk, convert it to pdf, and send it on.

What is the application? Harry's absolutely right about "It depends". The 50 does default extension numbers and most access codes, IF you allow it. But, the extensions have little capability, and there is no way to make or receive calls from 'off-system', because all inbounds will default to the console, and no trunks are accessible outbound, because the system doesn't know trunks exhist. It's not as dumb as the 200 Analog and Digital, but close! Like Harry, we had a "stock" program for motels. We copied from a master set of PRF forms, that had things like COS, nite destination, access codes, and ARS, pre-printed. The reason you can do this is, A motel is a motel is a motel. Doesn't matter the flag, there is a LOT that is absolutely the same, or close enough that 3-4 pre-printed COS's cover all of them, as an example. John C. (Not Garand)
