I have an interesting one that I hope someone can help shed some light on.

I have a 2K with ms2010 R22.2 MFRD 7

when trying to program new analog exts in cabinet, i am getting a message that says " no more room for records" OK sounds like a liscencing issue, I check out Dim and Fea and with MFRD 7 we can have 1300 anlog ports max and only have 734 programed currently.

No alarms
DBMS check F - no problems
file stat red - ok
act switch- same problem
data save - same problem
hard boot- same problem

I went so far as to delete 30 analog stations and try to add the new ones, same problem. I then tried to put back the 30 stations I deleted and got the same result.

Am I missing something? has anyone experienced this issue before?
Any imput would be greatly appreciated

Thank You
Alex

Alex,

The tech docs show the following;

If while adding a route to this form a "There is no more room for new records." error message is displayed, you may have exhausted the available allocation of digit or route termination blocks. To increase this allocation, increase the number of units of digit blocks in the Dimension Selection form.

The maximum space in the database for the current release has been allocated; there is no more room to add new entries.

All blocks on one of the partitions have been allocated. Refer problem to MITEL Field Support or Maintenance Supervisor.

For trunk problems, it suggests “perform a DATA SAVE and DATA RESTORE operation to tidy the database.”

I’d try the Save and Restore option, since you deleted some lines and still can’t add any.
