Just recently a hotel we installed a SX 200 ICP rooms can't dial to another room. What happens is when they try to dial from one room to another it directly goes to the main console. If the receptionist try's to transfer to the destination room she gets an error tone and when she hits the release button she gets dial tone.

I have checked the call block key on the main console and that is not on. I have checked the call block room to room in option 204 and is disabled. The only phone that can dial a room is the main console. The rooms can dial out to an external number and to the main console, but thats it. Also there are two IP phones next to the main console at the receptionist desk that also can't dial a room. They are in complete different class of service. One other thing i tried was i deleted one of the rooms re-entered it and put it in a class of service all its own and that too did not work.

I missing something need help.

Nate,

You may have a tenanting conflict.

are ext's all in the same tenant

if not you may need to check your tenant interconnection table and make sure the tenants have rights to interact with each other.

Thanks for the help rfnetwork i appreciate it. I found the problem in form 30. I had accidentally disable 1/1 in the table.
