Hi, We have a 200ICP with embedded voicemail. We have several voicemail boxes set up to forward the message to the user's email address in the form of an attachment. Works perfectly. The only issue is that sometimes the name assigned to the attachment (the voicemail) confuses the email server. For ex, an attachment was named N_V48ac8fd2.08d.wav . Note the . after the 2. Sometimes the email server things whatever is after the first . is the type of file (IE .08d which is obviously not the file type). Any idea how to control the name assigned to the attachcment to make it more simple and no dots except before wav? Thanks.
