Trying to set up VM to have Attendant answer only assigned line while the other lines are answered directly by the extention's mailbox. Example Main line gets answered by AT and other lines ring directly into an extention then that extention will answer the call. AT is answering all calls.

There is a lot of programing that will have to be done, you may want to hire a qualified tech to do this.Program #206 is for group call distrubition and is what you use to tell the system which lines are to be answered by AA service and lines have to be assigned to hunt group 7. program #507 is the VMS hunt schedule, always day or night. #506 is VMS hunt delay tells the system how many rings to wait before AA answers call. If a line is to belong to a telephone you would use program #208 program #310 is VMS call coverage you also need to check out programs #304 and #306, there are two feature keys (F14) Voice Mailbox Transfer and (F1) Do Not Disturb.... and I may have left something out... I'm getting old and my mind doesn't work as well these days.
