I am managing a Magix system miles away.
I want to program Remote Forward on a number of extensions. Let's say, extension 1339 (with an access code of 1339).
Now, I know that I can get to 1339 via Feature 80 from another phone set located on site. ...from the other phone set, the key sequence would be #80 1339# *339{phone#}#... that works.
My question is, can I do that same thing remotely... not on site... either with WINSPM, Remote Access, or by some other means?
Thanks,
CCB

I don't think you can do that.

Not with WINSPM, but if you have a DID for the modem access, you can use that as a DISA line and use the features remotely.
looka at SPM, if you dial a number, then a barrier code, then *10 you are in via DISA.
just do the same thing and instead of *10, use your feature codes.

You're asking if you can forward an extension without being in the office.
Yes. Set up a line as Remote Access or a DID for the same. Be sure to add a Barrier Code. Call the remote access line, enter the barrier code, dial *33, the extension number you want to forward, and then the destination telephone number (9 first, and # to end)
