We are using PartnerVS and I need to disable the voicemail on 2 extensions. I am the person in the office assigned to system programming. I know how to get to the system programming menus, but not which one to change.
Please let me know if you know how to control the voicemail on these 2 extensions. I guess ideally, I would send them back to our receptionist after 4 rings.
TIA,
Aggieangler

Go into the VS admin and you can add or delete mail box's in option 4. On the system side take Auto and or VMS coverage off of those two stations.
