harleyman Member Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 25 Dallas, Texas	vmail is slow or does not notify cell phone. replaced vmail and check all trunks for dial tone. customer has 4 lines, if I dial 9 from a phone I get line 4 all other trunks are out of service.I have sent a voice mail and watched the lights on the phone message light lights but does not grab line 4 or 3 or 2 or 1 but sometimes it works. been in the business 45 years but this one has be stumped. any ideas???

harleyman Member Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 25 Dallas, Texas	update-- I set up a DX80 in the shop with Vmail it takes up to 10 minutes to call the cell phone. Does anyone know how to shorten this time??????

RATHER BE FISHING Admin Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 9,169 Likes: 18 SOUTH TEXAS	Under message delivery I'd set the delivery schedule for the first number (put the same number in each of the 5 field notification fields) as always and repeat the number every 2 minutes. Sounds like the system is programmed to go out Line 4 only and not a group with all lines in it.
