Looking for some help. Recently started working on a NEC 48/192 and need to connect to it through IPK through direct connect, serial cable is plugged in correctly and everything but I can't get it to go. I don't know if there is a password set to connect or even what the password might be, but I have tired multiple settings and either get "Data set ready is off" or "connection timed out"
any advice would be great.

Did You Program The Slot Through the Phone for it? You have to get into System Programming through a Phone to Program the Slot to be an MIF. Its been so long since I've done it, I think slot A1?

IPK only gives me the options from COM1 and COM3 to connect through
