I was trying to change an extension remotely via the Axxess DB programming tool on Friday, and somehow, I inadvertently created an extension which is tied to no devices. It shows up as a keyset in my stations list, but when I delete it, it comes right back upon refresh of the station list.
Any thoughts on how to get rid of this bugger?
ETA: Running Axxess 9.122

Is this a single site or multi site?
Where in DB Prog are you trying to delete?

It goes away, until I reload the db programming tool (exit and re-open), at which point its still there. Also, I can dial the extension immediately after deleting it, but of course I get "XYZ IS UNPLUGGED". Edit: Ha ha ha how did I end up with two accounts. Color me cognitively disabled.

I've had that happen on a CS5000 where it auto-populates the 1st IP extension, but not on the Axxess system.

that says db corruption loudly. Save the DB, run DBtest on it and see what you get.
