Can we Record the Main Company Greeting and copy in to SVMi directory,if yes what format it should be.

I am using SVMi 20 with OS7400.

Once again looking to Record the main greeting in sound proof Sudio and needs to paste in SVMi20 (OS7400 Ver 4.46).

any body can help out that how can it be done.

sorry Nameless i forgot to get the info about SVMi card either it is SVMi20e or SVMi20i i will get to you soon.
