Forgive me if this isnt the right place to post this.
I have a Comdial DX-120 system here, that works pretty well except that there are two extensions that the voicemail will not pick up on. The phones on these extensions ring for abotu 10 seconds, then are re-directed back to the main greeting. Any idea why? Where to I need to do to fix this?

They have to be delayed forwarded to the voicemail. Are you the dealer or an end user?

Did this just start happening?
It sounds like mailboxes may not be created for these two extensions, but the extensions are setup to forward to voicemail.

Help! I have a customer with a comdial debut VM that works! I used to install them years ago, so I told them no problem I can set it up for you! Well the password was changed from the previous tenants and I don't have the software to re-install it. I went through the files on the debut's flash drive (dos based so the young guys were amazed lol) but found nothing that may of had the password in it. There was a null modem cable hooked up to it so the old tenants may have used serial administrator to adjust the VM which I also do not have. As far as I can tell I must re-install the VM software in order to fix this. Thanks for any help or ideas.

Probably would get better results starting a new thread instead of tagging on an older thread...not a lot of folks look at older posts.
There is a password reset procedure but I don't think the factory does that anymore. There are several of us here who do this as a pay service.
Welcome to the board.
