Hi again, Here are some close ups of the ends of my buttset leeds. I would have posted these earlier, but today was my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and we had a housefull. Then I had to take an unexpectd cross-country jog to retrieve our retriever that a grandkid let out of the yard... Needless to say, I was exhausted. Anyway, here are the pics... Please note, that the sleeves are not 'fixed'. They freely slide up and down the cable. I forgot to include a known object to scale the rings to. I will do that tomorrow if anywould like to see it. Here are some photos of the plug assembly... Arthur, I would be very interested in your offer. PM me! I hope this helps. Thanks again! Joe

Arthur, thanks for all the detailed info - you never cease to amaze me, sir. The only part I didn't understand was the hand-rolled cigarette reference. I have absolutely no idea what you were talking about. Joe, thanks for all the great pics! I was worried that I was being a PITA by asking, but I see now that you are just as much "into" the details as we are. Definitely too small for a standard machine screw in a test clip. Just the right size for a guide-pin screw.
In one photo, it looks like the leads are of uneven length. If so, they attach to a 310 plug. (or a 309 plug, but probably unlikely).
Can you stretch them out all the way, and verify if they are even or uneven?
Even = 360 tools
Uneven = 310 plug

There was a time during the wacky 1970's that all my non-company friends would always ask me to get them a 419A roach clip. They made great party favors and birthday gifts for those who didn't exhale.

Oh dear, I must be having a senior moment (or a hand-rolled cigarette moment)
The one I have that terminates in a 310 plug has the outer woven sheath go all the way into the handle of the plug, ( DUH ).
Why would there be a necessity for two separate leads, if they both wind up in the same place (the plug?)
So, the answer is: 360 tools.
TTY, I need your mailing address and the tools will be on the way.
