When attempting to connect to an SV8100 via LAN from WebPro I receive the following:

Fatal Error: Cannot load database schema file. Your PCPro installation may be corrupt.

Logically one would assume it was a bad install, so I tried a fresh install on a new machine. Same result. Having dealt with my share of bunk NEC disks, I'm going to assume that either the version or the disks are to blame. The only installation media I have are the one's that came with the switch, version is WebPro 3.1

I'm in a pinch because I need to dump the numbering plan & VE/extension list to send the techs for a new SV8100 we're installing at another property. They're staging the switch on a bench and want to make sure we're not gonna have conflicts CCIS-wise.

Most likely your PC PRo version is older than the default firmware on the 8100.

You need the latest version of PC pro, 5.0.

Thanks doghart, installing a different version did in fact resolve the issue. I found version 5.0 and it communicates with no issues.

I've got the same issue, but I'm using PCPro 9.5 trying to connect to a 9.0 SV8100. Any ideas? I've even tried uninstalling PCPro and installing version 9.0 but I get the same thing.
